Low-interest loans of up to $30,000 for repairs and upgrades to Euclid homes. Fixed 3% interest rate and long repayment terms for eligible Euclid homeowners.

Up to $10,000 to reduce your mortgage principal at closing, so you borrow less and pay less interest. For first-time homebuyers purchasing a home in Euclid who meet the income limits.
