At EDCOR, our vision is a Euclid where every resident has access to safe, affordable housing and the tools to maintain it. We envision a community where opportunities are equitable, and no one is left to face housing challenges alone. Setting Euclid residents up for housing success is our number one goal.
To achieve this vision, our goals are to:
● Increase opportunities for first-time homeownership by expanding down payment assistance and education programs. We aim to help 20 income-eligible new families purchase homes in Euclid over the next year.
● Assist more existing homeowners in making critical home repairs and upgrades through our low interest loan program. Our goal is to approve 15 loans per year for income-qualified residents to fix issues, avoid violations, and preserve housing.
● Enhance educational offerings to current and prospective homeowners in Euclid. Future programs will provide customized guidance on financial readiness, home maintenance, loan processes, and more.
● Develop new initiatives and partnerships to address evolving housing needs. We are exploring options like financial literacy courses, homebuyer readiness workshops, and partnering with local organizations.

Meet the Team
Lisa Krieger
Executive Director
As an accomplished nonprofit executive with over sixteen years of leadership experience, Lisa is proud to serve as the Executive Director of the Euclid Development Corporation. In this role, Lisa oversees day-to-day operations, manages programs, drives fundraising efforts, and guides strategic planning. Lisa previously held Director roles at Downtown Cleveland, Inc., where she led special event development, fostered community engagement, and shaped impactful programs. Alongside her nonprofit work, Lisa is also a freelance editor, with expertise in copy editing, line editing, and proofreading. Lisa brings a passion for leadership and precision into everything she does, from empowering organizations to helping writers perfect their manuscripts.
Alexis Threatt
Housing Programs & Operations Manager
Alexis Threatt brings more than a decade of program and project management experience to her role at EDCOR, where she supports the Down Payment Assistance, Home Improvement Loan, and Neighborhood Opportunity Grant programs. She currently also serves as District Program Manager for the Downtown Euclid Improvement Corporation (DEIC) under EDCOR's management contract with the district.
Prior to joining EDCOR, Alexis managed a $2 million international program portfolio for the U.S. Forest Service, coordinating across federal agencies, schools, and international partners on climate and conservation initiatives. Her earlier work includes code enforcement and zoning compliance for the City of Sharonville, Ohio, and environmental compliance reporting for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Alexis holds a Master of Science in Data Science from American University, a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Urban Planning from Cleveland State University. She is known for strong project management discipline, attention to administrative detail, and a customer-facing approach that puts residents at ease through every step of EDCOR's programs.
Our Board of Trustees
EDCOR's board of trustees is made up of Euclid residents, business owners, and city partners who volunteer their time and expertise to guide this organization. Board members serve on committees, review finances, shape program decisions, and help connect EDCOR to the broader community. It's hands-on service, and it matters.
We currently have four open seats, including a Treasurer. Terms are three years, with monthly meetings on the fourth Monday at 6:00 PM. To be eligible, you must live, work, or own a business in Euclid.

Join the EDCOR Board of Trustees
EDCOR has served the Euclid community since 1978, helping residents buy homes, improve them, and put down roots. We do that through down payment assistance, home improvement loans, and neighborhood grants. Last year, we invested $1,000,000 back into Euclid. None of that happens without strong board leadership.
We have four open seats and are actively recruiting a Treasurer. We're also looking for people with experience in real estate, human resources, insurance, or other professional areas who want to be genuine working partners in our mission.
To be eligible, you must live, work, or own a business in Euclid. Terms are three years, with monthly meetings on the fourth Monday at 6:00 PM and ongoing committee work.
