At Euclid Development Corporation (EDCOR), we are dedicated to making Euclid a great place to live and raise a family. Our mission focuses on empowering low- and moderate-income households—the backbone of our city—by providing essential support through home repairs, renovations, and first-time homeownership opportunities. 

Our Impact in 2025

In 2025, EDCOR invested more than $1 million in Euclid homes and neighborhoods, 151% growth over 2024, and served 97 households:

  • 21 first-time homebuyers became Euclid homeowners with Down Payment Assistance, with $210,000 in approved loans.

  • 28 homeowners received 3% Home Improvement Loans, with $431,605 approved for essential repairs.

  • 48 Neighborhood Opportunity Grants were awarded, totaling $359,012 for exterior repairs.

These numbers reflect real families—your neighbors, coworkers, and friends—working toward safe, secure homes and stronger neighborhoods. 

Our Focus for 2026 and 2027

We have slowed our pace on purpose. In 2026 and 2027, we are focusing on increasing community engagement through a combination of community education and events. With your help, we can keep our core programs strong and make sure every family has a chance to thrive in Euclid.
