Benjamin Rose: Benjamin Rose offers post-purchase counseling to help new and existing homeowners feel confident in managing their homes. They guide you in preparing for repairs, financial emergencies, or even selling—with information and tools designed to protect your investment.
Benjamin Rose: If you’re facing a financial or housing emergency in Cuyahoga County (like overdue rent, utilities, or medical expenses), Benjamin Rose offers a short-term $300–$1,000 loan with 0% interest and no origination fees. Those who qualify also receive free financial counseling to help prevent crises in the future.
The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cleveland: The Foreclosure Prevention program provides countywide outreach and counseling specifically for homeowners with mortgage and/or real property tax issues.

Euclid Municipal Court – Rent Escrow Program: If your landlord won’t make needed repairs, you can pay your rent to the court instead of the landlord until the issues are fixed. You must live in Euclid, be current on rent, and give written notice to your landlord first.
